Important notes:
For less than 3 days there will be a surcharge of 10%.
We accept dogs (access not allowed to the dining room), 16.00 forfait per day - without food, if necessary, final cleaning 30,00.
The rooms are ready at 14.00 on day of arrival. If you plan to arrive earlier, please contact us on time: if possible you will get the room ready.
On the day of departure rooms must be leaved before 10.00.
Final confirmation:
We consider the reservations definitive with a deposit of 400.00 per room.
Payment: cash, check, bancomat or credit card (not AmEx, no Diners)
Cancellations received within 40 days from the arrival day will not affect any charge. After 40 days near the arrival day, we apply a penalty based on price list and duration of your stay.
For early departures or late arrivals there is a charge equal to 80% of room rate.
